In the Activity Pool, we saw that we get applications for similar, capital-intensive things. Think microphones, speakers, cameras etc.

Awarding money to each organization for those things would be unsustainable for the fund. Instead, we have decided to build out a library of things that you can borrow!

Process for borrowing equipment

1. Take a look through the available equipment above and take note of what you might need

2. Read Terms and Conditions for borrowing equipment from CBS Students

3. Fill out this form

   Borrow equipment from CBS Students

4. Someone from CBS Students will be in touch on the provided contact information to iron out the details

5. You sign an agreement with CBS Students specifying what you are borrowing and the conditions

6. You pick up the equipment on the agreed upon date

7. You return the equipment on the agreed upon date
